In a gradient section of 1/60, at a MPS of 60 kmph, if parting happens in a single pipe or dual pipe air brakes freight stock, will rolling happen ?
If yes, shall it happen immediately or will it take sometime (how much?) for the brakes to release and the stock to roll.
