I am still completing the Formal Draft to put forward.
The issues that will arise and the loopholes are discussed in forum posts and how to tackle them but its not possible to put them in words in formal draft as I lack that skill.
Even to put this much in words was not possible without the help of my Batchmate @Srishti DCM Mumbai (CR)
