Unfortunately no standard specifications exist for establishment of Control Office. Lucknow has got it control recently constructed. I can share the floor plan.

We can also work in parallel for standardising the control infrastructure. Control being a 24hr working office needs to have some basic attached amenities like cafeteria, gym/yoga room and a reading room. The minimum dimensions for control boards and the ergonomic furniture planning can also be made a part of the standard design.
